Costume College® is a three-day educational conference on all subjects relating to costuming and clothing. The Costumer's Guild West, Inc. (a.k.a. the CGW) is the organization that yearly produces Costume College.

For CGW officers, Costume College Committee Heads and other authorized persons requiring reimbursement for items purchased for either the Guild or College, here's the reimbursement form. Mail completed form, along with appropriate receipts, to the CGW's mail box for approval and reimbursement. (NOTE: This is not for teachers' class expenses.)
